樂語融融:與李維斯對話
9 NOV 2019 | SAT | 6PM
Programme
Having won three-time Gramophone awards, Paul Lewis’ recordings of works by Beethoven, Schubert, and other classical repertoire have all received highest acclaims worldwide. Against all odds, the leading British pianist grew up with little musical background except some John Denver records at home. In this ‘Music in Words’ session moderated by Prof. Daniel Chua, Paul Lewis will reveal how he rose to fame to become one of the most iconic pianists of our era.
