Hwasung Yoon

Hwasung Yoon is a lead trumpeter and widely known jazz soloist. He is involved in music production in a wide range of genres as an all-round player.

Hwasung, a Korean, was born in Osaka, Japan in 1973. He studied trumpet and chamber music at Osaka College of Music, and began his professional career while still there. He is also popular as a singer, and his group’s recordings once topped the Korean charts.
