Evan Tai 戴志良

Evan Tai is the founder of Evantai S.A.C System International. He learned different kinds of martial arts when he was young, including Wing Chun, Yiquan, Boxing, Kickboxing, Sanda, and Self-defense. He reached an advanced level in Silat and Arnis.

From 2008 to 2010, he participated in various tournaments (Boxing and Sanda) and became the champion in the 52KG weight category.

Since 2014, Evan has been invited to host workshops and international seminars in different countries, such as China, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Australia, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

As the Chief Instructor of Hong Kong Close Quarter Combat (HKCQC), Evan was also invited by the Singapore Police Force as the Close Quarters Tactical Instructor from 2014 until now. The divisions of the Police Force include the VIP Protection Group, Aviation Enforcement Task Group, Special Duties Unit (SDU), and Police Academy Instructor Team, etc.

In 2017, Evan was invited by Beijing TV (BTV) as the Fighting Scenes Designer and Honorary Advisor in China for the series The Longest Day in Chang’an.

Evan was appointed 5th Philippine Martial Arts Hall of Fame Hong Kong Country Director in 2019, and was awarded the Distinguished FMA Master of the Year. In the same year, he hosted RTHK’s television programme Kung Fu Quest IV – Silat Showdown.

From 2019 to 2020, Evan was appointed by Marvel Studios for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings as part of the Action Creation Team, serving as a Martial Arts Consultant and Stunt Performer.

自2014年開始,Evan 被邀請到各大國際研討會和武術講座,包括中國、台灣、新加坡、韓國、泰國、菲律賓、日本、澳洲、法國、義大利、荷蘭、瑞士等等。


在2017年,Evan 受北京電視台(BTV)的邀請,擔任電視劇《長安十二時辰》動作設計及榮譽顧問。


2019至2020年,他獲漫威影業(Marvel Studio)邀請,成為《尚氣與十環幫傳奇》的動作創作組、武術顧問和特技演員。
