BRAHMS Clarinet Quintet in B minor, Op. 115
SCHUBERT Piano Trio No. 2 in E-flat major, Op. 100, D. 929
In the third and final ‘Mostly Brahms’ lecture-recital, we will take a closer look at two major late chamber works: Brahms’ Clarinet Quintet in B minor and Schubert’s Piano Trio in E-flat major.
Andrew Ling and Nancy Loo will share the stage with friends to perform these works while highlighting the stylistic convergence and divergence between Brahms and Schubert.
