Music in Words with Paul Lewis: Performing Schubert

In his fifties, British pianist Paul Lewis makes his second Schubert Piano Sonatas journey with a more ‘human’ reading in Schubert’s music. Before the last two instalments of the cycle, he will talk to Prof. Daniel Chua again in the ‘Music in Words’ dialogue on interpreting Schubert, especially the last three piano sonatas, and his introspective reflections on life.

英國鋼琴家李維斯於知命之年第二次踏上全本舒伯特鋼琴奏鳴曲旅程，以豐富人生歷練為音樂帶來更「人性」的解讀。音樂會前，李維斯將再次於「樂語融融」講座中與蔡寬量教授暢談，分享他對舒伯特的作品，特別是晚期三首鋼琴奏鳴曲，以及處世哲學的新體會。
