Peter Leung

Peter, age 11, began learning piano at the age of 4. He is currently studying under Professor Eleanor Wong at the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts. In 2016, he was selected as Young Scholar 2016 – 2018 of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation.

In 2016, he performed as a guest soloist in the Hong Kong International Piano Competition. On 30 June 2017, Peter performed with Lang Lang, and with the kung fu star Donnie Yen in the extravagant gala “20th Anniversary of Hong Kong’s Return to China” held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

Peter has taken part in many regional and international competitions and has received numerous awards, including the Winner Prize of 17th International Television Contest for Young Musicians in Moscow in 2016.
