Li Ming 黎明
Born in Sichuan, Li Ming began her music lessons at the age of eight with Professor Yang Baozhi and graduated from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music. She also graduated from her viola studies under Jean-Eric Soucy at the University of Music Karlsruhe in Germany with distinction.
As an experienced and dedicated orchestra player, Li was a member of the Asian Youth Orchestra and the SWR Symphony Orchestra Baden-Baden Freiburg, SWR Radio Symphony Orchestra Stuttgart and Karlsruhe Staatstheater. She has worked with many well-known conductors such as Michael Gillen, Sir Roger Norrington and Christoph Eschenbach. Also, she has studied chamber music with Professor Jörg-Wolfgang Jahn.
Li Ming joined the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra from the 2004/05 Season.
黎明生於四川,八歲開始隨楊寶智教授習琴,畢業於四川音樂學院。2000年赴德國卡爾斯魯厄音樂學院深造,師從著名中提琴演奏家蘇士,並以優異成績畢業,獲得中提琴專業藝術家文憑。
在學期間她積累了豐富的樂團演奏經驗,曾考入亞洲青年交響樂團、西南德廣播巴登巴登與弗萊堡交響樂團、西南廣播斯圖加特交響樂團及卡爾斯魯厄州立歌劇院,又與吉倫、諾靈頓爵士、艾遜巴赫等世界知名的指揮家合作。黎明曾跟隨著名室樂教授雅恩專門研習。
黎明於2004/05樂季加入香港管弦樂團。
