Russian soprano Julia Lezhneva is a stellar interpreter of vocal repertoires from the early Baroque to Romantic eras. Following her ravishing performance at the Classic BRIT Awards 2010 as Dame Kiri Te Kanawa’s protégé, she has enjoyed a meteoric success with her much-heralded voice of “angelic beauty” (The New York Times), “pure tone” (Opernwelt), and “flawless technique” (Guardian). An exclusive Decca artist, she has received many awards such as the Opus Klassik Award and Diapason d’Or.

In her Hong Kong Debut, Lezhneva will partner with award-winning pianist Pavel Nersessian to delight the audience with arias and songs by Handel, Rossini, Schumann, and Vivaldi.
